Export

Which products does Nile-Maple supply?

Four divisions: fresh fruits (31 lines), fresh vegetables (37), IQF frozen products (36) and manufactured/processed/canned foods (55) — 159 export product lines in total.

Where do you export?

We serve importers, distributors, processors and retailers across the Middle East, Europe and Africa, with documentation prepared per destination market.

How quickly can I receive a quotation?

Send the product, quantity, destination and pack preference and we reply within one working day with availability, specification and price terms.

Quality

What quality checks are applied before shipment?

Incoming inspection, grade sorting by colour/size/defects, product-specific preparation, packing protection verification, and temperature control from cooling to loading.

How is the cold chain managed?

Pre-cooling removes field heat quickly, set temperatures follow each product's guide, ventilation and stacking are specified per pack, and frozen goods hold −18 °C storage with an unbroken frozen chain to destination.

Can you produce to my specification?

Yes — cuts, blends, pack formats and private-label presentation are confirmed against your written specification before production runs.

Logistics

What documentation accompanies shipments?

Packing lists, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, phytosanitary or health certificates where required, plus labelling that meets the destination market.

Which pack formats are available?

Ventilated and telescopic cartons, mesh bags, punnets and clamshells for fresh; retail cans, glass jars, pouches, drums and bulk for processed; and IQF cartons sized to the channel.

Seasonal

What is in season now?

Check the Seasonal Availability page for current windows across the year, then request a live availability confirmation for your volume and destination.

Can frozen products supply outside the fresh season?

Yes. IQF freezing preserves the harvest so vegetables and fruits remain available year-round while fresh windows are closed.
