Packaging & Logistics
Pack formats
Fresh lines ship in ventilated and telescopic cartons, mesh bags, punnets and clamshells sized to the sales channel. Frozen products use IQF cartons with liners; processed goods use retail cans, glass jars, pouches, drums or bulk formats.
Labelling
Labels carry product identity, net weight, ingredients where applicable, origin, lot and date coding, prepared to the destination market's requirements. Private-label artwork is confirmed with the buyer before production.
Cold chain
Pre-cooling, set points, ventilation patterns and maximum transit windows are planned per product before the first pallet moves. Frozen goods hold an unbroken −18 °C chain.
Documentation
Shipments travel with packing lists, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and phytosanitary or health certificates where required.
Coordination
Container booking, loading supervision and arrival follow-up are coordinated by the export team so questions have answers while shipments are moving.
