Seasonal Availability
Egyptian growing seasons give Nile-Maple long supply windows across the year. Below are the current planning windows — request a live confirmation for your volume and destination.
Fresh fruits
Citrus leads the winter programme (Nov–Apr), stone fruits and melons the spring and summer (Apr–Sep), and grapes run May–Aug. Strawberries supply Nov–Mar.
Fresh vegetables
Potatoes and onions run almost year-round; tomatoes and peppers peak Jan–Jun; artichokes Oct–Mar; leafy vegetables in the cool season.
Frozen coverage
IQF lines preserve the harvest so vegetables and fruits remain available even when fresh windows close — the fastest way to secure year-round supply.
