Careful farm selection and pre-shipment quality sorting.
Every programme starts at the farm. We assess growing areas, harvest calendars and field performance, then sort the received crop by grade, colour, size and defect level.
Nothing is shipped because it can be shipped. Products move forward only when the variety, maturity, firmness and visual quality meet the buyer's specification and the destination market's expectations.
Selection also protects commercial performance: the right variety, at the right maturity, in the right pack, is what reduces rejects at arrival.
